On Saturday, January 24, the Arab American National Museum (AANM) hosted Night at the Museum, a community fundraiser and art auction that brought together diverse communities from across metro Detroit. The evening highlighted creativity while supporting AANM, the Dearborn Fine Arts Club, and local artists.
Guests enjoyed an immersive night celebrating the arts, featuring live Arabic beats by Detroit-based DJ Aboudi Issa, live-drawn caricature portraits by Dearborn artist Lujane Al-Awash, a handmade photo booth, and a lively auction featuring 23 artworks. Attendees also enjoyed food generously donated by Alanos Eatery, Big Moe’s Kitchen, La Pita Restaurant, Masri Sweets, and Wing Fellas.
Thank you to everyone who attended, as well as our partners and sponsors who helped make this meaningful and memorable evening possible. Scroll below to see highlights from the event.
