Hanif Fazal: A Community Conversation

In-person at AANM
Free with RSVP

In difficult times like these, solidarity across diverse communities is more important than ever. On Thursday, November 16th, ACCESS will be hosting author and DEI expert Hanif Fazal at the Arab American National Museum Auditorium for a facilitated community conversation. Fazal will be guiding the conversation across topics of diversity, equity and inclusion, community safety, and belonging. His work offers a hopeful path forward where joy is the norm rather than struggle, where school and work are inclusive rather than exclusionary, and where Brown and Black relationships lead to a unique experience of freedom. We hope you can all join us for this impactful and timely event.

BONUS: Free copies of Hanif’s book, An Other World, will be given out on a first come, first served basis.

Schedule:

  • 5-6 p.m.: Registration and light refreshments
  • 6 p.m.: Discussion begins
