AANM invites members to join a sunset slow-flow yoga session at Al-Haqida: The Myomonie Elhage Jabara Heritage Garden, hosted by instructor Salam Beydoun. This gathering is designed for all levels and will focus on breathwork and healing movements. Please bring your own yoga mats.

Salam is a humble student of life, learning to be open and curious along her journey. She earned her 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certificate in the fall of 2023 and has been teaching regularly at Full Lotus Yoga ever since. Her practice ranges from restorative yoga to heated vinyasa, with a specialty in slow-flow yin blends.Salam’s teaching is centered on accessibility and support, holding space for anyone to join. She believes yoga’s benefits extend beyond the physical, offering healing and reconnection to our innermost selves, and that when we allow ourselves to move intentionally, we begin a process of deeper healing and self-discovery.
