1 (14oz) block of firm tofu, drained and crumbled
1 medium onion, finely diced
3 medium vine ripened tomatoes, finely diced
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt, more to taste
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Summar is a mom of three completing her Ph.D. in anthropology at Wayne State University. When not writing her dissertation, she writes about all things home life and motherhood on her blog The Cozy Home Chronicles.
