Sara Ahmad (Add A Little Lemon) presents Kubbat Hallab
Ingredients:
For the dough:
2 cups long-grain white rice, washed and soaked for at least 2 hours, cooked until soft
Just enough water to soften the rice
1 egg
Stuffing:
Oil, for sauteing
1 onion, finely diced
2 lbs ground meat (beef or lamb)
Salt and pepper
1 bunch parsley, minced
Oil for deep frying
