Join us for a tour of Al-Hadiqa, AANM’s rooftop heritage garden. We’ll walk through the plants that anchor Arab American kitchens and gardens, and share stories and ancestral practices behind aromatic herbs like za’atar and thyme, as well as fig and olive trees. The tour celebrates the gardening traditions Arab Americans have carried to Dearborn and Detroit, and the ways they continue to grow here.
