Fundraiser for The Bail Project through June 14

AANM, our parent organization ACCESS and ACCESS’ Campaign to TAKE ON HATE stand in solidarity with the Black community nationwide who are demanding justice and accountability for the murders of Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, George Floyd and so many other senseless deaths.

As our programming continues as planned, we ask and encourage our event attendees to join us in fundraising for The Bail Project with the goal of raising $5000 by Sunday, June 14.

In moments like these, we must show up for our Black brothers and sisters and stand together with them against white supremacy. Because Black lives matter, and enough is enough.

The Bail Project is a nonprofit organization designed to combat mass incarceration by disrupting the money bail system ‒ one person at a time.

We reaffirm the need to actively resist and create change against anti-Black racism and police brutality, which starts with listening to Black leadership and follow the lead of Black-led organizations on the ground fighting for racial justice. Our ongoing twitter thread compiles resources to engage in and support the movement.
