In this workshop, we will explore freedom in movement, connection, and separation. What stories live inside of our bodies? What knowledge do our bodies carry, even when we do not have the words to explain it? We will move as a group and explore personalized movements large and small. People of all ages and abilities are invited to participate. No previous movement experience is necessary.
